Abstract

These Regulations, in implementation of Section 8 of Animal Rules 1962, deal with the importation from Thailand into Malaysia of sheep or goats for breeding purposes. The import licence referred to in regulation 1 is required. Furthermore, the consignment of the animals shall be accompanied by a certificate containing a full description or identification of the animals and a veterinary health certificate certifying that, inter alia: (a) the animals originate from foot and mouth disease free zone
