Such importation shall be subject to the previous issuance of an import licence. Furthermore, consignments of animals shall be accompanied by a certificate containing a full description of identification of the animals, a veterinary health certificate and a declaration by the Master or Captain of the Ship or Aircraft. Regulation 6 refers to the quarantine measures to be undertaken upon arrival of cattle in Malaysia. Full text English
