Abstract

These Regulations lay down provisions with respect to the importation from Indonesia into Malaysia of cattle. Such importation shall be subject to the previous issuance of an import licence. Furthermore, consignments of animals shall be accompanied by a certificate containing a full description of identification of the animals, a veterinary health certificate and a declaration by the Master or Captain of the Ship or Aircraft. Regulation 6 refers to the quarantine measures to be undertaken upon arrival of cattle in Malaysia.
