Abstract

These Regulations make provision in matter of import of cattle for breeding purposes from New Zealand and from certain parts of Australia (New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania) into Malaysia. The consignment of animals shall be accompanied by a valid import licence to be issued by the Director General of Veterinary Services (or the competent State Director) and by the certificates referred to in regulations 2 to 4. Regulation 5 specifies the means of transport which are permitted.
