Abstract

These Regulations lay down provisions relating to the importation of cattle into Malaysia from any country, without any prejudice to special provisions regarding the imports of cattle from particular countries. The following documents shall accompany consignments of animals: (a) an import licence; (b) a certificate describing or identifying the animals imported; (c) a veterinary health certificate guaranteeing the health conditions defined under Regulation 3; (d) the declaration referred to in Regulation 4. Quarantine measures shall be applied upon arrival of the animals in Malaysia as per Regulation 6.
