Abstract These Regulations introduce measures of control on the importation and placing on the market of pesticides. Only pesticides listed in Annex 1 to these Regulations may be imported commercially. Other pesticides may be imported for scientific purposes. Importation of pesticides requires a pesticide import permit and importation or otherwise trading or commercial application of pesticides requires a pesticide dealers license. Full text English
