The present Regulations enter into force on 1 April 1970.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 2 of the Vegetable, Fruit and Honey Sales Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the grading and inspection of honey. The text - consisting of 27 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: inspection, detention, appeal inspection, classes, grades, tolerances, marking of tank lots, package marks, container marks, approval of label, granulated honey, containers and packages, registration, pasteurizing plants and sanitary conditions.
