The Regulations shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
Abstract

These Regulations, are established pursuant the Statute for Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Disease and the Plant Protection and Quarantine Act. The Regulations consist of 12 Articles. The Annex is a list of the specified variety and quantity of animals, plants and their products (regulated articles), which are eligible for the Regulations.
