Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations enforce section 272(1)(h) of the afore-mentioned Act establishing that every person commits an offence who negligently, with respect to any matter related to this Act or the Regulations, files a document that contains false or misleading information. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule listing relevant designated provisions.
