Abstract

These Regulations amend Live Rock Culture for Export Regulations No. 1 of 2011. Amendments consist by the repeal of regulation 6 and the substitution of the following: "6. No person shall transport any live rock within Sri Lanka without a licence issued by the Director General of National Aquaculture Development Authority or other competent authority"; by the insertion of the following regulations "6A. An application for a licence under regulation 6 shall be substantially in the form set out in schedule I. 6 B. Any licence granted under regulation 6 shall: not be transferable; substantially be in the form set out in Schedule II and be subject to the terms and conditions as are specified in the text".
