Abstract In section 2 a paragraph is added on the application sphere of the Order with respect to fishing in the inner territorial waters. The amendment of section 7 concerns the measurement of mesh size. Section 10 dealing with closed seasons for various fish species is amended extensively. Catch of female fish is prohibited from the 1st of February until the 30th of April in area 22 with certain exemptions. Section 12 is amended so as to extent to all fishing vessels the obligation to report on fishing and to keep log books containing a (modified) list of particulars specified in that section. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall take measures with respect to the prohibition of catch of fish for which the catch quota is exhausted.
