This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will start applying from 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the correct manner for conducting the systematic checks carried out in order to determine the presence and spread of Clavibacter michiganensis (Smith) Davis et al. ssp. sepedonicus (Spieckermann and Kotthoff) Davis et al., that causes the potato rot ring (harmful organism), including the rules for the prevention of the occurrence and the eradication, and testing schemes for the diagnosis, detection and identification of the pests present on the potatoes on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
