Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the Bulgarian Law on food, determines the following: organization of the activity of the Conciliation Commission under the Law on food and held by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (“Conciliation Commission under the Law on Food); procedure for holding a meeting of the Conciliation Commission; composition of the Conciliation Commission; formation and conduct of related conciliation proceedings. This Conciliation Commission shall assist in out-of-court settlement of disputes between business operators, including the observance of good practices and the avoidance of unfair commercial practices.
