The Regulation enters into force on 2 October 2004.

Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, lays down the form of the register of decisions and applications for permission concerning the international turnover of wastes. The form of the register is contained in the Annex. The register is published on the web site of the General Inspector of the Environment.
