Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to trapping activities and the fur trade in Québec. The text consists of 43 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Scope and definitions (I); Trapping (II); Fur trade (III); Import, export and possession of furs (IV); Penal (V). One Schedule is enclosed.
