Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the scaling of timber harvested in forests in the domain of the State. The text consists of 23 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: General (I); Scaling methods and approval of the scaling method (II); Scaling in the cutting area before transportation (III); Scaling outside the cutting area after transportation (IV); Transmission of certain forms containing scaling or inventory data (V); Verification of scaling and correction (VI); Standards applicable to sealed containers (VII); Penal provisions (VIII); Miscellaneous (IX).
