Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting lands in the domain of the state. The Regulation applies to lands in the domain of the State under the authority of the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife under section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 50 sections divided into 10 Parts as follows: Scope (I); General conditions (II); Special conditions applying to sales (III); Special conditions applying to leases (IV); Special conditions applying to temporary occupation licences (V); Revoked (VI); Special conditions applying to the sale or lease of land for commercial or industrial purposes (VII); Special conditions applying to the granting of certain titles (VIII); Conditions applying to the granting of certain other rights (IX); Miscellaneous and transitional (X). One Schedule is enclosed.
