Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Protection Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “birds” means all birds reared or kept in captivity for the production of meat, eggs for consumption or other commercial products, for restocking supplies of game or for breeding those categories of birds, and includes show fowl. Section 1 designates contagious diseases for the purposes of the provisions of section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 9 sections.
