Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Protection Act. In particular, section 1 establishes that the provisions of Division IV.1.1 of the afore-mentioned Act apply to all domestic animals, including horses (Equus caballus), and animals kept in captivity, other than those governed by the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife (chapter C-61.1). The text consists of 2 sections.
