Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the alienation and leasing of agricultural lands in the domain of the State. In particular, it applies to the alienation and leasing of ungranted land, except land designated for blueberry production. The text consists of 29 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: Application (I); Notice of alienation or leasing (II); Procedure and method of granting (III); Alienation or leasing prices (IV); Alienation and leasing for aquacultural purposes (V); Alienation and leasing for specific projects (VI); Specific conditions applicable to leasing (VII); Miscellaneous (VIII); Final (IX). One Schedule is enclosed.
