Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to minimum standards for processing marine products. Section 2 established that an operator shall comply with the minimum processing standards in preparing or canning any of the marine products listed in this section. The text consists of 3 Parts as follows : Interpretation (I); Minimum standards for processing (II); Final (III).
