Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the prescription of fees for activities referred to in section 55.2. of the afore-mentioned Act on behalf of permit holders. The text consists of 32 sections divided into 4 Divisions as follows: Conditions for the issue and renewal of permits (I); Standards of organization, maintenance and operation (II); Taking and analysis of samples (III); Omissis (IV). Eight Schedules are enclosed.
