Abstract The present Regulation enforces the Cantonal Animal Disease Ordinance. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Ordinance. Article 23 establishes that livestock markets, livestock fairs and similar events need the authorization of the official veterinary of the Canton.
