This Regulation enters into force on 6 July 2001.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes methods of examination for the recognition of domestic plant novelties, as for the introduction into production of foreign varieties of oilferous plants. The period of examination is three years. An application for the recognition of new variety shall be submitted to the Seed and Seedling Centre.
