No gaming activities shall be set in the areas interested by wild life protection and development scheme, those existing under the National Parks Act No. 2873. Gaming is consented in forests, soil preservation and forestation areas, state agricultural enterprises, dams and ponds pending the authorization of the competent Authority. Areas destined to gaming must be mapped and registered by the General Directorate of Nature Protection and National Parks. Management plans must be designed by the same General Directorate, and implemented by the Provincial Directorates of Environment and Forestry. The Central Gaming Commission shall be appointed for the restrictions and conditions applied to those areas. Gaming activities are governed by the rules adopted by the Central Gaming Commission. Gaming in these areas are subject to a fee and ten percent of the fee will be transferred to the Ministry’s corresponding fund.
