This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption.
Abstract

This Regulation in order to prevent the introduction and spread of the contagious foot and mouth disease orders the following measures: the prohibition of import into Croatia or transit through the Croatian territory of the following article deriving from the People's Republic of China-Yunnan Province: live cloven-hoofed animals (cattle, sheep, goats and pigs); products derived from cloven-hoofed animals; animal feed, bedding and plants, unless the shipment is accompanied by a veterinary certificate which signed the inspector confirms: that the goods originate in the place where the 40 km around, not in the last six months established infectious disease foot-and-mouth disease; the vehicle before loading ha s to be cleaned and disinfected.
