Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of eight paragraphs: General provisions (sect. 1); Mode of working out a project of a protection plan (sect. 2); Scope of works required to work out a project of a protection plan for the national park and the nature reserve (sect. 3); Scope of works required to work out a project of a protection plan for the landscape park (sect. 4); Mode of making changes in the protection plan (sect. 5); Scope and methods of protection of resources, formations and elements of the nature in the national park and the nature reserve (sect. 6); Scope and methods of protection of resources, formations and elements of the nature in the landscape park (sect. 7); Final provision (sect. 8).
