This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary measures and procedures for the: manner for the correct and safe way of dealing with waste that is not clearly marked or unmarked or whose content is unknown; management of waste that is not on the list of hazardous waste, with a suspicion that its composition and/or quantity could be harmful and/or dangerous to the environment and human and animal health; organizations and institutions involved in the activities related to the procedures and waste disposal of this type of waste (on the territory of the Brcko District, autonomous part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
