Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on the environmental protection, governs the procedure for submitting applications for registration, the amount of fees and deadlines for registration in the EMAS environmental management and evaluation system, including the content and manner of keeping the register of organizations in EMAS, special conditions for refusal of registration , and temporary or permanent cancellation from the register. This text further determines issues regarding incentives for organizations, promotion of EMAS, reporting to the European Commission and the manner of EMAS commission work performance and other related issues.
