The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes that animal by-products can be transported on the territory of the Republic of Poland only with the trade document. This document is prepared by the salesman in three copies: for the salesman, for the hauler, and for the purchaser of the animal by-products. The forms of these documents for three categories of by-products are specified in the Annexes.
