Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down: (1) veterinary requirements which should be met during production of products of animal origin intended for direct sale; (2) amount, scope and area of this production; (3) veterinary requirements for places of direct sale. Only products produced from own raw materials by an entity conducting activity in the production of products of animal origin intended for sale are allowed for direct sale. The present Regulation is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) The amount, scope and area of production of products of animal origin intended for direct sale; (3) Veterinary requirements for the production of carcasses or offal harvested from poultry and lagomorphs intended for direct sale and veterinary requirements for places of direct sale of these products; (4) Veterinary requirements for the production of carcases or offal obtained from wild game intended for direct sale and veterinary requirements for places of direct sale of these products; (5) Veterinary requirements for the production of fish products intended for direct sale and veterinary requirements for places of direct sale of these products; (6) Veterinary requirements for the production of live land snails intended for direct sale and veterinary requirements for places of direct sale of these products; (7) Veterinary requirements for the production of raw milk, colostrum and raw cream intended for direct sale and veterinary requirements for places of direct sale of these products; (8) Veterinary requirements for the production of eggs intended for direct sale and veterinary requirements for places of direct sale of these products; (9) Veterinary requirements for the production of unprocessed apiculture products intended for direct sale and veterinary requirements for places of direct sale of these products; (10) Final provisions.
