Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, lays down veterinary requirements for the marketing and disposal of organic fertilizers and soil improvers specified in art. 3 point 22 of the Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 (Animal by-products Regulation). The present Regulation establishes also provisions concerning the use of organic fertilizers and soil improvers.
