Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of 23 articles setting forth veterinary requirements applicable to activities concerning: (a) breeding of aquaculture animals; (b) fish reproduction. Aquaculture animals and aquaculture products must be introduced into farm areas in clean containers or disposable packaging to be cleaned and disinfected before each use. Means of transport used for transport of aquaculture animals or products within the farm area of the farm must meet the hygienic conditions established by these provisions. In case of the aquaculture animals or products are transported outside the farm, further disinfection procedures must be applied. Raising or breeding of fishes is carried out in fish ponds or other devices used for this purpose. The Regulation specifies also in particular requirements for: cleaning agents, devices and equipment; obligations of entities carrying out activities concerning the raising or breeding of aquaculture animals or fish reproduction.
