Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down veterinary requirements for the breeding station, equipment and facilities, training of the breeders, registration procedure and supervision of the implementation of these provisions. This Regulation applies to breeding stations of equines, cattle, swine and sheep. Breeders of breeder stations are required to attend the special training organized by the National Veterinary Institute. Conditions of each breeding station are controlled by the official veterinarian at least once a year. This Regulation is composed of 13 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Conditions (Sec. 2); Training (Sec. 3); Registration procedure (Sec. 4); Control (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
