Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes the value of the equivalent for unlawfully hunted animals and organs competent to: use, on behalf of the Treasury, the unlawfully hunted animals; collect the money coming from the sale of carcass; collect the equivalent for unlawfully hunted animals. The equivalent is specified in paragraph 2 and depends on the animal species and on the weight of trophy. The equivalent is 20 percent higher if the animal was not killed by firearms.
