Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Serbian Law on waste management, determines the types of waste that can be treated in mobile plants and defines the types of mobile plants for which a waste treatment permit is issue. In a certain mobile plant, only the type of waste that is provided for the treatment in that particular mobile plant (as indicated in the technical-technological documentation) can be treated. A permit for waste treatment in a mobile plant can be issued for all mobile plants for which there is a proper technical-technological documentation for related waste treatment.
