This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the types of waste for which the thermal treatment is performed, including the conditions, criteria and details as regards the for location, technical and technological conditions for the design, construction, equipment and operation of thermal treatment plants or facilities dealing with such waste, and further sets other issues of importance for the operation of such thermal treatment plants and for the treatment of residues obtained during the incineration procedure.
