This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the types of imported planting material which can transfer or may transfer certain harmful organisms (whose presence cannot be determined during the health checks at border crossing, also called latent infections) and also prescribes the necessary sanitary issues and conditions under which the monitor over the health status of planting material at the end user (at the site of planting) has to be performed.
