Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), determines the breeds of hunting dogs, the number of hound dogs for hunting a particular type of game on hunting grounds, the manner of using hunting dogs on such hunting ground and the manner of issuing certificates of passed innate trait exams and related certificates of passed working exams on blood trails. As defined in this text, hunting dogs are all dogs that meet necessary conditions for hunting and that have passed the test of innate traits, and for blood-followers also passed working exam on blood trail seeking. Hunting of small hunting game whose hunting techniques require the use of hunting dogs cannot be started or performed without them.
