Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines the types and quantities of seed and planting material of certain types intended for personal use (small producers) of producers whose entry is optional in the registers of suppliers of seed and planting material. Small producer is a legal or natural person, which is engaged in the production of agricultural plants and which is not registered in the register of suppliers of seeds and planting material, if, on their production property they produce seed material for their needs on an area up to 100m indoors or 1000m outdoors. In terms of this text, types of agricultural plants intended for production for personal use that are produced by small producers are: cereals; fodder plants; plants for the production of oil and fiber; pepper, tomato, melon, watermelon, cabbage, etc; potatoes.
