This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation shall specify the procedure, diagnosis of sale or disposition for mineral resources resulting as excess from excavations during construction of buildings that are being built in accordance with building Act and related Regulations.
