Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine paragraphs and four Annexes, concerns the transmission to the Chief Inspector of the Environmental Protection information on: (a) results of classification of zones specified in art. 88 point 2 of the Environment Protection Act; (b) results of measurements used for evaluation of levels of substances in the air; (c) results of evaluation of levels of substances in the air and results of classification of zones specified in art. 89 of the Environment Protection Act; (d) found exceeded alarm levels of substances in the air. The scope of transmitted information from point (a) is specified in Annex 1, from point (c) in Annex 2, and from point (d) in Annex 3. The Regulation establishes also scope of information on air protection programmes, specified in article 91 of the Environment Protection Act (details in Annex 4).
