Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven paragraphs and four Annexes, concerns the transmission of information on: results of classification of zones, specified in article 88 of the Environment Protection Act (Annex 1); results of measurements of levels of substances in the air, carried out in the agglomerations specified; results of assessment of levels of substances in the air and results of zone classification (Annex 2); exceeding of alarm levels of substances in the air (Annex 3); air protection programmes, specified in article 91 of the Environment Protection Act (Annex 4).
