Abstract This Regulation sets the terms for the correct use and control over the use as regards the traditional food reputation label (traditional food reputation trademark), including the rules for recognizing and granting the use of certain labels or marks, data collection issues and registration of assigned labels, and other legal conditions for the use of such food labelling process (for food originated on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
