Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes detailed procedural and technical issues regarding the trade in propagating material and seedlings of fruit plants intended for fruit production. This text also complies with European Council Directive 2008/90/EC on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production. Topics covered by this Regulation are further related to packaging and repackaging, registration, seed quality, marketing conditions, data collection and reporting, controls and tests, certification and label contents.
