Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes detailed procedural and technical issues regarding the trade in materials for vegetative propagation of the vine. This text also complies with European Council Directive 68/193/EEC on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine. Topics covered by this Regulation are further related to packaging and repackaging, registration, seed quality, marketing conditions, data collection and reporting, controls and tests, certification and label contents.
