Abstract This Regulation prescribes the conditions for wholesale and retail trade of pesticides that must be met by legal entities or entrepreneurs; including rules regarding the import and sampling of consignments of active substances such as technical products and pre-concentrates for the production of finished pesticides and finished pesticides, aimed to control their quality when importing and sampling raw materials and finished pesticides in order to control their quality in domestic trade with domestic producers and in wholesale or retail trade.
