Abstract This Regulation stipulates the quality standards that partly dehydrated (condensed) and wholly dehydrated milk have to comply with during the manufacturing and placing on the market of the Republic of Croatia, also determining the: product names, definitions and general standards they have to comply with, composition, type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used during/in manufacturing and/or treatment, additional or specific labelling requirements, and other technological processes which may be applied in manufacturing.
