This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the manner for the performance of monitoring duties as regards the presence of zoonoses or listierosis; and detection of presence of the Listeria monocytogenes bacteria in ready-to-eat food of animal origin (including fisheries products).
