Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 17 articles and one Annex, establishes: limit and recommended values of physical, chemical and microbiological parameters of water quality for life and growth of marine bivalves and gastropod molluscs; provisions concerning mionitoring of this of quality; limit and recommended values of temperature, color, concentration of suspended substances and substances that affect the salinity of the sea, as a result of discharge of effluents into the sea or brackish water; means of evaluating the effects of emissions of heat and substances into the sea and brackish water; prohibitions, obligations and measures relating to the reduction of emissions of substances and heat in the discharge of wastewater into the sea and brackish water.
