Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on climate change, prescribes the requirements that verifiers of reports on greenhouse gas emissions must fulfill, the verification procedure and criteria, the content of the verification report; data relevant to the assessment of competence for carrying out verification, the assessment of the verification procedure as well as the determination of the fulfillment of requirements for verifiers; requirements regarding the composition of the evaluation team, the competence of the evaluator who evaluates the verifier, i.e. the team leader, team member and persons who make decisions on granting, extending or renewing accreditation, as well as the requirements that must be met by technical experts that the Accreditation Body of Serbia can include in assessment team; form and content of the report on the implementation of the work programme.
